Gratitude for Cultural Appreciation

On Sunday I was supposed to post about being grateful, but something happened and I didn't. Later on my daughter started talking about missing Sierra Leone and why she loves it... so I recorded it.  I think my daughter and I have kind of made a podcast... kinda.

In this audio recording baby girl tells me what Sierra Leone means to her and I express my gratitude at being able to promote our Sierra Leonean identity in a way that has enabled my daughter (a second generation Londoner of mixed heritage) to feel very connected to our roots.  Some of what she said was very surprising!

Would love your feedback in the comments!

Always with love,

Tamu xx
